Hi Scott - thanks for trying other threads and the help first, normally that resolve most things. So this is an odd one, particularly as the buttons appears and then disappears... :-/

The upload functionality is provided by Uploadify, which actually uses Flash in the background. Could you try a different browser (say, Chrome) with the latest version of Flash installed, just to see if that makes a difference? 

Spot on Simon, it works in Chrome but not Firefox... Go figure...

Any suggestions on what I could do to rectifiy this? I FULLY appreciate that this is a browser issue, but asking peeps to not use FF would be a bit extreme...

I'll check out if there is a new FF release before I come back (which will need to be many hours - wife is glaring at me and the beach is calling

Now you're making us jealous! Perhaps the version of FF you have has an old/dodgy (don't quote me...) version of Flash, maybe look at seeing if an upgrade to the installed version of Flash on FF makes a difference? And yes, maybe check your version of FF to see if it is at least reasonably up to date.

Strangely enough, the version of flash on my FF is more recent than the downloadable one from Adobe... 

I can't tell which version is working through Chrome, but of course it would have the most up to date one. I wonder if chrome gets a pre-release now that it has stepped in to help flash live one??? Ramble... ramble...

Anyway, both my Firefox and it's flash are up to date. Is anyone else showing issues like this in Firefox, or am I just extra lucky?  Kind of makes testing via Firefox a bit more dubious now though... At least for the moment.

WHat about for the iPad?   Since that does not support flash, how can the upload work there?

I have been able to user the Users Avatar plugin to fill this gap for the moment. This isn't a fix, but it will do until either flash is universal or WPS doesn't use flash anymore...

I'll talk you through it if you're interested... it's simple enough.

I have the exact same problem stated above.... Firefox on our office Mac is fine, er, no IE on that one.
