How to use with browser detection?

I'm using WordPress Mobile Pack's mobile switcher. It doesn't use domain mapping; it just automatically renders the right theme through browser detection. The switcher adds an attribute to the URL if you switch form desktop to mobile or vice-versa. How do I set up the mobile plugin in this case?
