multiple member directories or categories

I was wondering of the possiblity to have two membership directories? or rather, split the membership by wordpress role?

In other words I have users who submit resumes and I have employers reviewing resumes. I'd like to clearly distingish between the two in search results and such.

It's basically a query amongst users, you might pretty well build your own page templates and perform two different queries in two different pages....

Incidentally, do the employers need to see each others ? Do users need to see employers ?
