BUMP:

@simon, now the permalink structure works if i manually type gymlads.com/profile/username,

but, if I click on a user, it automatically shows the ?uid=

Is this just my database updating, or is something wrong here??

It depends on where you click actually. There are some places where additional parameters are required so the old method is still used.

for example, clicking on a user name, or avatar, 

I get diverted to the correct page, it just doesn't show in the URL bar, but i manually type it, it works also.. :s

I've noticed there are some links in the activity feed that could be updated - can you give an exact example though?

I don't really have "specific" examples because  it happens on everything WPS related.

what I mean is, anything I click gives me the original URL, like ?uid=1

But, I can delete the ?uid=1, replace it with /username - And I still get the correct page,

How do i Make WP display the Pretty WPS permalinks as default, ???

P.s, the current wp permalink structure is set to "post name"

Sorry I can't be more exact, I hope you can see my point, if not, perhaps logging in and checking for yourself will be more understandable, (Will PM you the credentials)

Sorry @simon, Just realised, the permalink structure only breaks if I click the users avatar, and works correctly when clicking the username!
