Thank youIt'S ok . But have some little problem in member list. Member name and message box are over member photo as you see attachement file. I like to adjust margins.  How can I adjust margins for member list? in which file and how?

You're absolutely right. I used user photo plugin before install wpsymposium. I removed plugin , everything is ok. Now, I install photos by wpsymposium profile screen. Everythin is ok in member list. But have  just little problem for profile photos ! it enlarge outomaticly my original photograph and make it low quality in profile screen.
