Getting Rid of Block in Dashboard

When WP Symposium is installed, I have a block on my dashboard called "WP Symposium," and it shows how many categories, topics, etc. there are. Problem is, though, all users can see it. How do I get rid of it?

You can in wp-admin top right Screen Options and un click it for it not to show, but at this time there is now way to totally remove it.
