Functions wont load up now

Hello,

Had a programer create a new menu for me, and now things donot work.

Profile are etc. wont load anymore, just shows loading image, then nothing.

Other plugins are affected as well.

tube press and auction itema donot open anymore ( overlays )

Any ideas what could have bee done, or anyway to resolve it?
