404 page error for profiles

I added a widget for recent members and when I click on the NAME to the right of the thumbnail, it takes me to http://www.elcaminohighalumni.org/community/wphoenix and I get a 404 page error. When I click on the thumbnail itself, I get to the page http://www.elcaminohighalumni.org/community/profile-3/?uid=8 (no page error). I removed this widget.

I'm getting the same error for the "Your Friends" widget. This one is still installed.

Is this a bug or do I need to set up something in installation?
