Delete album or create sub

Hello everybody!
is it normal (I don't think so) that a user can delete an album from another member?
You can try this here by picking someone in the forum and view his gallery and his album.
Perhaps I miss something with my own server configuration or in this foum.
I use the latest version, 12.09.04
