Forum Tutorial, part 2
Added the second part of the forum page template tutorial. Covers breadcrumbs, list topics in a category, along with number of replies and latest reply. End result would look like this so far:
Admin should be able to read member’s mail
If you log in as admin, on member profile pages, you have access to the mail. This is for security purposes, allowing site admin’s to investigate complaints.
Add timeout for forum post edits
If people edit forum topics and replies some time after their original post, it can change the whole thread. Therefore, a time limit can now be set to avoid the edit icon from appear to keep your forum integrity.
You’ll find this in Forum settings.
Add admin access to mail messages
A new admin section is available, allow site admin’s to view all mail messages. This is not to allow you to snoop! It is to allow you to investigate complaints quickly and easily. This new admin menu option is called “Mail Messages”.
- Profile photo not working on WPS site (via profile page)
- Groups: activity comment not correct
- Gallery – ensure deleted members galleries are not shown
- Profile Community settings shows current user, not member
